ANDY’S MONAGHAN  RESTAURANT AND BAR TOUCH SCREEN SYSTEM

Andy’s, a popular and well known Restaurant and Bar at 12 Market St. Monaghan, re- opened  in July after a complete re-furbishment. Promising to retain all the character of their old restaurant and more, they did not fail to impress returning customers who had waited almost a year to return to Andy’s for the finest in food and dining from their extensive range of food and drink.

With  a Bar and Restaurant spanning  2 floor levels a Hospitality Touch Screen Cash Management System that could deliver a high level of customer service in a efficient way was a high priority for Ciaran, Sean, Aisling and Kevin.

Choosing to use ICR Touch Point Software running on Sam4s Titan 160  Touch Screens and  specifically tailored to suit the needs of the Restaurant and the Bar,  management also decided to use Digital Handheld Ordering to help staff to provide a fast and efficient Table Service to customers. With a completely integrated Hospitalty Touch Screen System table orders are processed quickly, with food orders sent directly to the kitchen while drinks orders are sent directly to the bar for dispensing….and all at the touch of button, enabling waiting staff to provide the high level of service to customers that Ciaran, Sean, Aisling and Kevin wanted.
