    Business Equipment Maintenance | Coronavirus

Many businesses have decided to suspend trading due to the current evolving and escalating situation locally and nationally with Covid-19.

This has been a difficult decision for business owners to make but they have done so in the best interest of the health and safety of their customers and staff.

While business are not operating it is essential for all business owners to properly maintain the equipment that they use in their premises.

Adhering to best practice will help to ensure that all equipment is in good working order when you resume trading.

Each business owner is aware of the equipment that they have and that they rely on to provide their service and products to their customers.

Dish Washers, Glass Washers, Fridges, Freezers, Food Slicers, Weighing Scales, Cash Registers, Touch Screen Point of Sale Systems and Back-Up Power Supply Units (U.P.S.) are some of the many types of business equipment that are vital to the day to day operation of  businesses in the Retail and Hospitality Business Sectors

As we pull together as a community we can take advise from the German writer Johann Wolfgang von Goethe when  he wrote, "Let everyone sweep in front of his own door, and the whole world will be clean."

We can take courage and gain perspective and hope in the words of John Lennon "Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end."

Astec would like to pay tribute to all essential workers and business across the country and to thank them for the work they have done so far during the crisis.
