In 2013 The Glaslough Chocolate Co. in Glaslough Village,  Co. Monaghan was established by chocolatier Trish Murphy-Thom and in 2015  the company won Bronze for Trish’s delicious chocolate caramels at the Blas na hEireann all Ireland food awards in Dingle.

Chocolates are handmade in small batches using the finest coverture Belgian chocolate. Choose from Hot Chocolate Sticks, Honeycomb, Orange, Raspberry, Strawberry and Mint Shards, Mixed Truffles and Hazelnut Praline or add something extra to your special day with Wedding Favours from a delicious selection of handmade truffles or chocolate hearts.

Trish has created a delicious range of artisan chocolates, which are available to buy from The Glaslough Chocolate Co. Outlet in Glaslough and on line.  Having chosen to use only the finest of local cream and best quality ingredients for her range of artisan chocolate Trish naturally asked Astec POS, Monaghan to install her cash register system, the compact NN3 Cash Register in The Glaslough Chocolate Co., in Glaslough.
