Cash Register SP2200 for An Siopa Beag,  Rockcorry, Monaghan

Rockcorry is a village in north-west County Monaghan. Known historicaly as Newtowncorry or Cribby, taken from the gaelic ‘cre’ meaning yellow earth it  is located close to Dartry Forest which was formerly part of the Dartrey Estate, a once vast estate that was centered on Dartery Castle, demolished in 1946. The forest itself is partially bordered by a wall, known locally as the Famine Wall, part of  which stretches along the Rockcorry to Cootehill Road. Travellers along this road often stop to look at the Dawson Monument, a neo-Classical column, designed by James Wyatt, and  erected around 1808.

Rockcorry is steeped in history and local businesses take great pride in their village and support its upkeep as was clearly noted in the Tidy Town Competition of 2015 when the contributions made by an Siopa Beag and Fitzpatrick’s Bar both of which are owned and managed by the Fitzpatrick Family were highlighted.

Managing both a retail and hospitality business can be demanding and Patrick and Noleen Fitzpatrick, owners and managers of An Siopa Beag understand the importance of having a reliable Cash Management System. In choosing the SPS 2200 with Sam Stock Software they have an ePos Touch Screen System that is easy to configure to suit the precise needs of An Siopa Beag.
