Astec POS Ltd recently installed two ICR Touchscreen Systems with TMS Back Office Software at “Todd’s Leap Activity Centre”. Todds Leap Activity Centre and onsite restaurant “Benjamins” required a system which was easy to program and operate, with the help and advice from Astec they decided on the ICR Touch Screen System with TMS Back Office Software.
The ICR Touchscreen System is designed for easy use and program maintenance, helpful prompts guide operators through each sale, with messages displayed throughout to keep the operator informed as to what is going on. Reports are similar to conventional cash registers and with it comes built in back office, X and Z reading functions, an end of day report can easily be taken at the touch of a button.
TMS Back Office Software allows Todds Leap to communicate with their touchscreen till system, keeping terminals always up to date with the latest changes in their business, this allows them to add products, change prices and send these changes automatically down to their ePOS System from the comfort and security of their office. The TMS Back Office Management Software automatically collects detailed Sales information from your Epos system, either at your premises, via Ethernet, or via the internet using a broadband router and a static IP address. Our team will consult with customers on all electrical and other requirements neccessary prior to the systems installation. Reports can be called up on the computer screen, printed, or exported to certain other software packages, such as Excel. We can also configure your system to print a pre-defined selection of daily and weekly reports.
