The Challenge
We at Astec POS Ltd have worked alongside Fergus for a number of years. Our ePOS Hospitality hardware and the renowned ICR Touch Point S/W with Receipt and Kitchen Printers have helped both Fergus and his staff at the Derragarra Inn manage their business activities in the restaurant, bar and kitchen.
Recognising the need to update their existing system and incorporate time saving Handheld Ordering we worked with Fergus to upgrade both his ePOS Hardware and Software from ICR Touch to include Pocket Touch and Touch Office Web (TOW)

Fergus now has a Hospitality ePOS System comprising the latest in ePOS Hardware and Software to manage his business on site and remotely. Reports from TOW (Touch Office Web) are tailored to view how products are selling, to change prices, and plan re-ordering of stock. Waiting staff can take customer’s food and drinks orders at their table and send them directly to kitchen and bar staff to minimise any delays for the customers and enhance their dining experience.
