Under the leadership of owner Lochlainn Byrne the restaurant, pub and wedding venue have an extensive menu with delicious meals created from locally sourced produce. High quality produce, staff and equipment are vital ingredients for any business owner when it comes to running a successful business in the Hospitality Service Food industry.
The Challenge
We at Astec POS Ltd have worked with Lochlainn for a number of years. Our ePOS Hospitality hardware and the renowned ICR Touch Point S/W with Receipt and Kitchen Printers have helped both Lochlainn and his staff at The Riverbank, manage their business activities in the restaurant, bar, kitchen and function rooms.
Lochlainn wanted to update his existing EPOS EPOS System and incorporate time saving Handheld Ordering to help staff manage table orders and ensure that he could offer an efficient system that would deliver food and drinks orders placed with for waiting staff directly to the kitchen. We worked with Lochlainn to upgrade both his ePOS Hardware and Software from ICR Touch to include Handheld Ordering devices with Pocket Touch software. We also included Cloud based Touch Office Web (TOW), an excellent business management utility as part of the upgrade.
