Magee’s Food store is a family run local business in Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan. Serving the local community with all its needs its spacious store has a wide range of goods supplied from local producers.
The Challenge
Managing a changing range of stock and ensuring that Magee’s and their staff always have to hand what their customers need, led owner Míchael to approach Astec POS to ask for advise on an EPOS Retail solution that would help him manage Magee’s Foor Store. Míchael needed an EPOS system that would handle his continually changing range of stock, provide barcode scanning and receipt printing and reflect his brand to his customers.
The Solution

We combined the features of ICR Touch Point Software on Touch Screen Systems linked with Scanners and Receipt Printers and by adding TOW, a cloud-based business management utility that syncs directly to his Touch Screen Systems in the shop, Míchael can have a bird’s eye view of his business to support him in managing his business on site and remotely, allowing him to continue to provide the level of quality products and service that his customers need.
