General Information
1. Shipping & Delivery: All orders received before 12 noon will be despatched same day subject to availability, for next day delivery in Ireland. Deliveries to the UK and Europe may take longer. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

2. Order: All orders are subject to availability & our acceptance & will be processed in accordance with the conditions of delivery set out on our website.

3.Order Details: Details of the amount, type and price of products ordered by you are set out in the order form which you submit to us via this web site. The price of each product stated on the order form is only valid for as long as such price is stated on the order form.  

4. Email Confirmation of Order: We will send you a confirmation email if your order has been successful. This email will contain order detail. Until we send you this email we have not accepted your order submission.

5. Phone Confirmation of Order: We will contact you by phone to confirm details of the order submitted. If a phone no is not provided we will request a contact phone no by email. If an email address and phone no are not provided it may not be possible to process your order within 2 to 5 working days. If you fail to provide us with the required phone no and email address Astec P.O.S. reserve the right to cancel your order.

6. Returns & Replacement A product may be returned for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. as long as the items are unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging. Please keep the receipt and Proof of Purchase and Delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a return if you simply change your mind about wanting the goods, if an item has been made to order or personalised or if faults are due to misuse of the product after purchase . In such cases a re-stocking fee of 20% may apply.

7. Delivery The products will be delivered to the address submitted by you as the delivery address on the order form You will only own the products once we have been paid in full in respect of such products.

8.Damaged Products: If the products arrives in a damaged condition you must inform us by email immediately and within 3 days after receipt . We will contact you to arrange for return of the damaged products and to arrange delivery of agreed replacement products.

9. Delays:If we are unable to arrange that purchased products are delivered to you within a reasonable time period , we will inform you of this and with your agreement, arrange that the products are delivered to you by another date.

10. Cancellation of Order If you decide within 14 working days (starting on the day after you receive the products) that you no longer require the products then you may cancel the order by sending us notice of such cancellation by email, fax or letter within the 14 working day period. If we have not despatched your order, we will cancel it and refund your credit card with the purchase amount less a transaction fee of 20% to cover our costs. If we have already despatched the goods, they must first be returned to us in perfect condition and in full (i.e. you must return the entire order unused and its original packaging). Once we have received the goods and are satisfied they have not been used, we will refund your credit card with the purchase amount less our postage and packing costs and less a 20% transaction fee to cover our costs You can only cancel the order if when we receive the returned products they are in the exact condition in which they were delivered to you.

11. We reserve the right to refuse a return, if an item has been made to order or personalised or if faults are due to misuse of the product after purchase. If you cancel the order you must return the products to us at your own cost within 14 days of delivery. If you do not return them to us within such period then we are entitled to take such steps as are necessary to recover the products from you and charge you for the costs of such recovery. Please keep the receipt and proof of purchase and delivery. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery type of service. In the event that you are entitled to a refund a refund will be made by the same method used to make payment to us. 11. Warranty 12 month Manufacturer Warranty on Product Hardware

12. Payment, Pricing & Promotions All prices are Vat exclusive and at the rate prevailing at date of dispatch. Credit Card payments are handled solely by Paypal & Stripe. No credit card information is collected or stored by Astec P.O.S. Ltd.

13. Viewing Orders Orders placed on line can be be viewed and tracked by logging into your Astecpos Ltd. customer account and entering the requested details.

14. Customer Information Customer account information can be updated by logging into your Astecpos Ltd. customer account. Alternatively you can contact us at info@astecpos.ie and request your changes. It is your responsibility to check that it is legal for you to view, purchase & receive the products available to purchase on line by this site, based on your local laws. It is the customers’ responsibility to meet import and customs regulations for their own locality. We cannot assume liability of any kind for shipments seized by customs. Before using the equipment bought all operating instruction and warnings should be read fully.

15. Privacy Policy This privacy policy sets out how Astecpos Ltd. uses and protects any information that you give Astecpos Ltd. when you use this website. Astecpos Ltd. is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Astecpos Ltd. may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. We use Google Analytics on our website . We may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and in order to create reports. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. We then use the information to compile reports and to help us improve our site.
